As an installation manager, Josh becomes the main event when the rubber meets the road—just prior to a customer’s move in date or renovation. “It’s important that we leave the customer feeling like their job was done correctly and efficiently so they are happy with the end result.” He also likes the physical aspect of his role. Josh loves the variety and problem solving that comes with every project and enjoys figuring out the best way to get the job done. “In every project there will be a couple surprises. If I can smooth out any anxiety for the customer, I feel like I added value to the whole process.”

Personal Snapshot:  When Josh is off the clock he continues to be an ‘action figure’ through participating in various city league sports.
